Sport and Fitness

then

As a bodybuilding athlete representing Malta, I had the honour of achieving milestones starting way back in 2011, including becoming a European Champion and winning the Arnold Classic in 2016 in Barcelona. Not only did fitness give me an identity, but it continues to shape the fabric of my life. Sport was the reason upon which I based many of my life’s key decisions; from attending university, to moving abroad, to completing my studies. From my various fitness qualifications to my Masters Degree in Sport Science, my love for fitness has shaped my life.

now

I enjoy the regular demands of physical exercise and the beneficial effects on my mind and body. Navigating my life, I still find it fulfilling to exercise with individuals for leisure or train others towards their goals. The main goal now for me is to continue to find sustainable ways of looking good, and therefore, feeling good.

always

Ever since I can remember I have had a better mindset and outlook when I have been active, particularly lifting weights. It has become such a part of my life that it is hard to remember a time before I was training and even harder to imagine my life ahead without it.

2016 was the last year I graced the stage. Actually, I did again in 2018, in Greece, but my heart was no longer in it and by then, I knew I was done. Forever grateful towards the sport which gave me so many life lessons, discipline, resilience and will power.
